Mrs. Tuggle holds a B.A. in Great Books from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Arts in Theology & Christian Ministry from Franciscan University, and is a trained Gottman Leader in the 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work. As a vowed and consecrated (ISF) member of the global Pauline Family dedicated to being "Saint Paul alive today," she is a wife, mother, and grandmother who has spent decades pouring out her love and faith by teaching, training, and leading others to new heights of personal flourishing. As a relationship coach, personal trainer, speaker, leader, and writer, she brings hope and healing via the one thing that matters most: love.
